As a Case Manager specializing in VA disability benefits, Cierra brings over fifteen years of customer service experience and more than five years of disabled patient care to every veteran and family she supports. With close family members who have served in the military, she has a deep personal understanding of the sacrifices service members make and the challenges they may face after service.



Cierra is known for being compassionate, relatable, and highly determined. She takes the time to truly listen and advocate for each client’s unique needs. As a parent of a child with ASD, she is deeply familiar with advocacy and persistence—qualities she brings into her work every day to ensure veterans feel informed, supported, and confidently represented throughout the VA disability claims process.
