Samantha Vandiver joined National Vet Help in June 2025 and brings over a decade of experience in healthcare and customer-facing roles. She spent many years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term care settings before transitioning into financial services as a collections specialist, where she further developed her communication and problem-solving skills.

Samantha is passionate about helping veterans and has greatly enjoyed her time supporting clients at National Vet Help. She takes pride in being dependable, compassionate, and thorough in her work as a case manager.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s sporting events, and baking.
